Return / Non Transferable Policy

Regular priced items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase date for store credit or exchange ONLY. No cash refunds or refunds back to the customer’s credit card.

 

Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, stains, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used. All tags must be attached and receipt or gift receipt presented for the exchange or store credit.

 

Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE.  

For sanitary purposes, all beauty items and jewelry will be FINAL SALE.

 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL CLOTHES DAMAGED BY USER ERROR BE ACCEPTED.

 

If your return does not meet the stated criteria, please keep your purchase. It will not be refunded or replaced.
